STEP ONE
Initial Meeting
Our initial meeting will start off through Zoom where we will talk about all the details of your wedding. I will explain more about my wedding videography package details and the add-ons I can offer, and answer your questions.
STEP TWO
On the Books
I will create a personalized contract for your upcoming wedding videography package. To secure your date, you will need to pay a deposit of $600, and after that, you are officially on the books!
STEP THREE
Select the Music
You will need to choose and submit songs that you want to be used in the video from the Arlist.io platform (I will provide the link and suggestions). Or if you want it to be a surprise, I can choose the music for you.
STEP FOUR
Check-in
Approximately two weeks before your wedding date, we will meet for a second phone call to check in, confirm the details we previously discussed, and address any remaining questions or timeline changes.
STEP FIVE
The Wedding Day
The remaining amount on your invoice will be due one day before your wedding day. The next day, I will work together with your photographer to capture all of the special moments throughout your wedding day!
STEP SIX
Wedding Film Delivery
After filming, I will edit the video footage and digitally deliver both your highlight film and full documentary film through VidFlow within 30 days of your wedding date. Two complimentary re-edits are included.

How long have you been filming weddings?
As a wedding videographer for over four years, I have been part of more than 100 weddings. I always use this experience to help my clients feel understood and supported during their wedding day.
How do you choose the music for the film?
You will need to choose and submit songs that you want to be used in the video from the Arlist.io platform (I will provide the link and suggestions). Or, I can choose it for you!
When will I receive my wedding video?
After filming your wedding day, I will edit the video footage and digitally deliver both your highlight film and full documentary film through VidFlow within 30 days of your wedding date.
What equipment will you BE USING?
To film your wedding, I will use high-end video production cameras and the latest equipment in the industry. I renew this equipment every 2 years to ensure that I deliver a high-quality final product.
What is your videography style?
I provide cinematic, Hollywood-style wedding films for my clients to enjoy. To get a sense of my style, you can view a few examples of my latest wedding films in my wedding videography portfolio.
How do you work with the photographer?
We'll get to know each other at the start of the wedding and work together as one team. The photographer usually leads the wedding, but I will be shadowing and giving suggestions if needed.
Do you have a second VIDEOGRAPHER?
Fun fact about me: I have a twin brother who is also a videographer! You can add him to any wedding videography package for $800. You can also view the other available add-ons here.
